Your Amazon alerts,
in Slack.
SellerForge watches your whole Amazon account and sends what matters to your Slack — intraday PPC spend flags, Buy Box ad-waste alerts, and a morning profit digest. Every alert leads with the dollars at stake, and you act in-app under the control mode you selected.
Prospects: start a trial, then connect Slack from Alerts → Preferences. Or see what lands in Slack ↓
- Growth plan and up
- One channel per Amazon account
- Notification-only — you act in SellerForge
Three streams — all dollars-first.
Toggle each one independently in Alerts → Preferences. Every message is template-based and leads with the money, then links back to SellerForge to act.
Morning digest
Default onStart the day with one message: open alerts by severity, total dollars-at-risk, low-stock flags, Buy Box movers, and how many fixes are waiting for your approval. One tap opens the full Alerts Center.
Good morning — your portfolio at a glance
- ≈ $840/week at risk across 6 open alerts
- 2 SKUs low on stock · 1 ASIN lost the Buy Box
- 3 staged fixes waiting for your approval

Intraday spend alerts
Default on · Growth+Know by 9:30am, not tomorrow at 4am. When a campaign’s spend runs away, burns its budget before lunch, or delivery stalls, you get a Slack message the same half-hour — with the projected rest-of-day cost. Traffic and spend are near-real-time; conversion attribution lags, so “conversion collapse” is flagged as an early signal.
Spend runaway — “Auto · Wireless Earbuds”
- Spend is pacing ≈ 3.1× the trailing 14-day average
- Projected rest-of-day cost: ≈ $220 over budget
- Suggested fix staged: cap daily budget → review in-app

Slack never changes your Amazon account. Messages link back to SellerForge, where eligible fixes follow the control mode you selected and higher-risk changes always require approval.
High-severity alerts
Default offOpt in to get pinged the moment a major ad anomaly or a critical account-health issue is detected — the things you’d want to know about even on a day off.
Account health — critical signal detected
- A policy/health metric crossed a critical threshold
- Dollars-at-risk and the exact metric are in the app
- Recommended next step staged for your review

Add it once. Act in-app.
One-click OAuth, three toggles, and every fix still approved by a human inside SellerForge.
Add to Slack
One-click OAuth grants a single scope — incoming-webhook — the ability to post to the one channel you choose. No bot token, no message access.
Pick your streams
Toggle the three streams independently in Alerts → Preferences: the morning digest and intraday spend alerts are on by default; high-severity is opt-in.
Act in-app
Every Slack message deep-links back to SellerForge. Nothing is ever sent to Amazon from Slack — you act in the app, where eligible fixes follow the control mode you selected and higher-risk changes always require approval.
One channel per client.
Connect one Slack channel per Amazon seller account. Each client’s channel receives only that client’s alerts and morning digest — numbers never cross between accounts. Your team sees the right client’s dollars-at-risk in the right place, and every fix is still approved in SellerForge.
Illustrative — channel names are examples.
A single webhook — and nothing else.
The connection is deliberately minimal, which is exactly what keeps it safe and easy to review.
Incoming-webhook only
Connecting uses Slack’s one-click OAuth and grants a single scope — the ability to post to the one channel you choose. That’s it.
No bot token, no reading your messages
We don’t store a bot token and we can’t read anything in your workspace. SellerForge only posts alerts.
Your webhook is a credential
It’s treated like one — encrypted at rest, never logged, and never shown again after setup.
One channel per account
Agencies get a separate channel per client — each channel only ever sees its own numbers.
Disconnect anytime
From SellerForge (Alerts → Preferences) or from Slack itself. One switch stops every message.
No buyer PII
No buyer personally-identifiable information is ever sent to Slack.
On every plan — Slack on Growth and up.
