What is the SP-API?
The Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) allows SellerForge to pull your live sales, advertising, and inventory data automatically. Our SP-API integration is complete — it currently powers Seller Feedback Requests and automatic data sync across advertising and forecasting modules.

Yes. Every plan supports multiple users with role-based access — there are 4 roles: Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Core includes 1 user (you). Growth includes up to 3 team members. Pro includes up to 10 team members, plus add-on seats at $15/seat/mo (or $150/seat/yr) when you need more. Admins manage the team and billing, Members work day-to-day, and Viewers get read-only stakeholder access. Need agency access or more than 10 seats? Contact us and we'll set you up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the trial period but you can cancel renewal at any time.
