Terms of Service — SellerForge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial participants and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SellerForge is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to help Amazon Private Label sellers manage and grow their businesses. Features include but are not limited to: AI seller assistant, listing audit, plan of action builder, promotions management, inventory forecasting, automated feedback requests, and report generation.

SellerForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

SellerForge is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate applicable to your plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
You may cancel at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

6. Amazon SP-API Integration

SellerForge may connect to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) on your behalf. By authorizing this connection, you grant SellerForge permission to access your Amazon seller data as required to operate the features you use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of SellerForge complies with Amazon's Selling Partner API policies and Developer Agreement.

Automated feedback requests sent via SP-API are subject to Amazon's Buyer-Seller Messaging policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance. SellerForge is not liable for account suspensions or violations arising from misuse of this feature.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
Violate Amazon's policies, seller agreements, or terms of service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

8. AI-Generated Content

SellerForge uses AI to generate analysis, recommendations, and documents. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

SellerForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SellerForge and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data retrieved via the Amazon SP-API.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
