Terms of Service

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These updated Terms take effect on November 5, 2026. Until then, the Terms dated April 6, 2026 continue to apply.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerForge ("the Service"), including through an AI connector or API key, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free trial participants, Free plan users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SellerForge is an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to help Amazon Private Label sellers manage and grow their businesses. Features include but are not limited to: AI seller assistant, listing audit, plan of action builder, promotions management, inventory forecasting, automated feedback requests, report generation, and a connector that lets third-party AI assistants access your SellerForge data (MCP).

SellerForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

SellerForge's paid plans are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate applicable to your plan. The Free plan (Section 6) has no charge.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period.

  • If you have not added a payment method for a paid subscription by the time your trial ends, you will not be charged. When the trial ends, access to paid features stops unless you subscribe. If an Amazon seller account is still connected to your workspace, your account moves to the Free plan (Section 6).
  • If you add a payment method for a paid subscription before or during your trial, your paid subscription begins when the trial ends, and you will be charged at the applicable subscription rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.

6. Free Plan

If your free trial or paid subscription ends while an Amazon seller account is still connected to your SellerForge workspace, your account continues on the SellerForge Free plan (the "Free plan"). The Free plan is read-only. There is no charge for it, and it does not require a payment method.

  • What it includes. The Free plan may include read-only access to your SellerForge data through AI connectors (Section 8) and a read-only view of parts of the SellerForge app, such as your dashboard. It does not include proposing or applying changes, in-app AI features, or other features of paid plans.
  • Amazon connection required. The Free plan is available only while an Amazon seller account stays connected to your workspace. Free plan access, including access through AI connectors, ends when you disconnect that account in SellerForge or ask us to disconnect it, and it may also end if we find that the connection is no longer valid. SellerForge is not automatically notified if you revoke its access only in Amazon, so to end Free plan access, also disconnect in SellerForge or contact us.
  • Data may be out of date. We may refresh Amazon data for Free plan accounts less often than for paid plans, or not at all, so information available on the Free plan may be out of date.
  • Fair use and limits. The Free plan is subject to fair use. We may apply rate limits, usage caps, and other limits, including per connection, per API key, and per workspace, and we may slow down or refuse requests that exceed them.
  • Changes to the Free plan. We may change, limit, suspend, or end the Free plan, or change what it includes. We will notify you by email or in the app before a change that materially reduces what the Free plan includes, and at least 30 days before we end the Free plan, except where we need to act sooner for security, to prevent abuse, or to comply with the law or Amazon's policies.
  • Inactive accounts. If a Free plan account has no sign-in and no AI connector activity for 12 consecutive months, we may close it. We will email the account owner at least 30 days before closing it, and signing in or using a connector during that time keeps the account open. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Amazon SP-API Integration

SellerForge may connect to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) on your behalf. By authorizing this connection, you grant SellerForge permission to access your Amazon seller data as required to operate the features you use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of SellerForge complies with Amazon's Selling Partner API policies and Developer Agreement.

Automated feedback requests sent via SP-API are subject to Amazon's Buyer-Seller Messaging policies. You are responsible for ensuring compliance. SellerForge is not liable for account suspensions or violations arising from misuse of this feature.

8. AI Connectors, MCP, and API Keys

SellerForge offers a connector, built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), that lets AI assistants and other third-party software you choose ("AI clients"), such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, access your SellerForge workspace. You connect an AI client by signing in to SellerForge and approving access (OAuth) or by creating an API key.

  • You authorize the AI client. When you connect an AI client, you authorize it to access your workspace on your behalf with the permissions you approve. The permissions and tools available depend on your plan, your role in the workspace, and the features SellerForge has enabled, and they may change. Our Privacy Policy explains what data an AI client receives.
  • Keys and tokens are credentials. API keys, access tokens, and other connection credentials give access to your workspace. Keep them confidential, do not share or publish them (for example, in public code), and revoke any that may have been exposed. You are responsible for activity that uses your keys and connections. Connecting an AI client that you use yourself is not sharing your account under Section 3, but teammates should be invited to your workspace and create their own connections.
  • We may limit, suspend, or revoke access. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke any API key, token, or connection, or limit connector access, to protect the security of the Service or your account, if we reasonably suspect abuse or a violation of these Terms, to comply with the law or Amazon's policies, or to enforce plan limits. Where practical, we will let you know. Access tokens and unused connections also expire, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • AI clients are third parties. AI clients and the companies that provide them are not part of the Service. Your use of an AI client is governed by its provider's own terms and privacy policy. SellerForge does not control AI clients and is not responsible for their output, their availability, or how they use, store, or share the data they receive.
  • Your instructions and approvals. You are responsible for the instructions you give an AI client and for the requests it makes with your connection, including any change you approve or authorize it to make. AI clients can misread instructions or make mistakes, so review what an AI client proposes before you approve it.
  • SellerForge's controls stay in force. Connecting an AI client does not change your control settings, and requests made through a connector remain subject to SellerForge's caps, guardrails, workspace roles, and approval requirements. If you grant an AI client permission to apply changes, a request it makes to apply a change counts as your authorization of that change.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Violate Amazon's policies, seller agreements, or terms of service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Circumvent rate limits, usage caps, plan limits, or access controls, including by creating multiple accounts or workspaces to do so

10. AI-Generated Content

SellerForge uses AI to generate analysis, recommendations, and documents. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

SellerForge and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SellerForge and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data retrieved via the Amazon SP-API.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the platform. We may also close inactive Free plan accounts as described in Section 6. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including IP ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will do so.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
